I designed and painted this silk necktie to capture the lovely mushroom chanterelle on the pine needle covered forest floor. Gathering mushrooms is a pass time that many Latvians enjoy. I too enjoy gathering these tasty morsels and relaxing in the forest with my kids. Where all 4 of my kids can get some healthy fresh air and even the youngest enjoys picking some mushrooms and blueberries.
