Custom orders are welcomed and a pleasure to create for your special occasion. Custom orders can be requested for your wedding party or any other event you are in need of something special for. Keep in mind that custom orders involving multiples are each hand painted and take time to create so need to be placed in a timely manner. Custom orders should be placed 6-12 weeks before the event to allow time for their creation and shipping. Standard internationl shipping using the Latvian Postal service with a tracking number. Standard shipping time takes 7-21 working days for most items unless slowed by holiday back-up or other unforseen causes. Express shipping is also available but will incure additional charges.

Standard international shipping typically takes from 7-21 days though delays from Europe to the USA and countries outside of the EU. Shipping within the EU can be faster, but is of course dependent on the local postal services. Customs processing times are also subject to delays and we are not resposible for any delays incurred by your local customs office. All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Items can be returned within 2 weeks of recieving them at the expense of the buyer and only in an unused-new condition.

Custom items cannot be returned. Please be sure you have your custom order precise before purchasing.

Each item comes carefully and attractively wrapped. Should you need additional wrapping let me know at purchase in a note.

Gift cards can also be included when being shipped as a gift. Simply include the desired text in a note at checkout.

Silk comes in all types of thicknesses and textures, the ones I most commonly use are:

Habotai or Chinese Silk: it is semi- transparent, with a lovely sheen and nice silky touch.

Chiffon Silk: gauzy and transparent, with a more textured feel.

Charmeuse Silk: thick, rich and with a fanstic glossy silken sheen. The most exclusive silk I use.

Silk scarves and sarongs should be hand washed with a gentle soap. Do not wring them dry, lay flat to dry or hang. When semi-dry press on reverse side. Avoid direct sunlight.

Silk neckties should be hand washed only with spot cleaning or dry cleaned.
